Service Description
Includes up to 4 hours of on-site bridal styling covering: *Bridal gown steaming and dressing assistance *Final fit checks and corset adjustments *Veil, jewelry, and accessory placement *Emergency wardrobe support (snags, stains, straps, buttons) *Train placement before the ceremony *Bustling and gown management for ceremony + immediate post-ceremony photos *Coordination with photographer to ensure flawless gown presentation
Cancellation Policy
Consultations All consultations require a non-refundable consultation fee. Design discussions are finalized after a deposit is paid. Multiple consultations prior to booking are not offered. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the design process. Payment plans are available once booked. Final balance is due 60 days prior to the event date. No gown will be released until the balance is paid in full. Fittings Fittings are by appointment only. Please bring shoes at the exact heel height you plan to wear. A maximum of 2 guests is allowed at fittings. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling. Changes & Custom Work All gowns are custom and made specifically for the client. Major design changes after approval may result in additional fees. Once construction begins, changes are limited. Cancellations & Refunds All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work. If the client cancels, payments made will be forfeited. Timeline & Responsibility Clients are responsible for booking early and attending all scheduled fittings. Delays caused by missed appointments or late payments may affect completion timelines. Shipping / Pickup Shipping fees are separate if applicable. Local pickup is available by appointment.
